What Should I Do if Labeled “Not Registered”?
If you send your CNIC to 8171 and get a reply saying “Not Registered”, don’t worry. It means your family’s data is missing or not updated.
- Visit the nearest BISP Tehsil Office.
- Bring your original CNIC and required documents.
- Request registration in the Dynamic Survey.
- After completing the survey, check your status again via 8171 after a few weeks.
